On September 14, 2013, Marinio announced the removal of Zeyad467 as Secretary of Defense, replacing him with LordDeathTheReaper, due to Zeyad567 allegedly committing treason against the United States by holding seats in [[United States Congress|Congress]] with alternate accounts and withholding vital information from the president about an admin attack on the [[United States Military]] by Aslum.<ref>https://archive.froast.io/forum/113003702</ref>

Zeyad567 responded by claiming he was banned when the admin attack occurred and could not have done anything, and that LordDeathTheReaper knew about the attack but also did nothing to prevent it. He went on to further claim that OrbitalShock and Ethancomputermad had hacked Aslum and puppeted his account to commit the admin attack.<ref>https://archive.froast.io/forum/112985605</ref> He also went after LordDeathTheReaper for supporting Moolah60 and Gmf34, due to his history in Gmf34’s United States Military. Marinio refuted Zeyad567’s claims in a public forum post by stating he, Lumidas, and LordDeathTheReaper did not support Moolah60, and that their allegiance was solely to the United States, regardless of who owned it.
