== Candidacy for Governor of Colorado (Aug. 2023) ==
In August 2023, Fogarty declared his candidacy for the position of Colorado's first Governor. The election race, in which he competed against TimCulture, was anticipated to be fiercely contested.  Pre-election polling consistently indicated that Fogarty held a significant lead over TimCulture for a substantial portion of the campaign. 

Fogarty had received endorsements from notable individuals, including President UnitedGPT, former President TacticalRock101, RummyLeroux, JamesMontagu, and other prominent figures within the nUSA community.

Just days before Election Day, the polls showed that Fogarty had fallen 9% behind TimCulture. On the actual Election Day, Fogarty ultimately lost the election, garnering thirty-nine percent of the vote, while TimCulture secured sixty-one percent of the votes.<ref>First Governor Election [https://nusaroblox.com/results/21]</ref>
