== Resignation in 2025 and the "Quatro Era" Transition ==  

In early 2025, significant changes within the group triggered what many have described as an "exodus" of prominent members, marking the end of an era for the community. This shift followed the sale of the group by [[UKR41NIAN]], the shortest-reigning owner in its history, to a co-op ownership team of leading players. The new leadership, announcing sweeping reforms such as the abolition of Group Management and a reduction in owner intervention in roleplay, ushered in what has been called the “[[Quatro Era]]” of NUSA.  

Amid these changes, Josh Miller, alongside other notable figures such as Representatives [[Dariel_Powell]] and [[FrostyTheSn0wman]], tendered his resignation from Congress. In his departure statement, Miller wrote, "I want my life back," signaling a desire to step away from the intense demands of leadership within the group. His resignation reflects a broader trend of veteran members, or “old-gen” players, leaving the community due to dwindling motivation and shifting priorities.  

This wave of departures included key figures across various branches, such as Chief Judge [[jonofdoom]], who also stepped down, citing inactivity and loss of interest: "As you can see, I am clearly not active here anymore… my interest in continuing fades every day." Beyond Congress and the judiciary, other respected players such as [[UnitedGPT]], [[ghostbleed]], [[Mefus]], [[Mettsdog]], and [[Tregokian]] have also announced plans to step back.  

Josh Miller’s resignation marks the end of a chapter for one of the Forward Party's most prominent figures, symbolizing the profound generational shift taking place within the community as new leadership reshapes the group's future.
