Nellis Air Force Base, originally known as the Las Vegas Military Base is a United States Air Force installation in southern Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas. Despite officially being an Air Force Base, all branches of the U.S. Military in Las Vegas operate out of Nellis Air Force Base.
